histoire de rigoler, je partage ci après mes échanges avec Cardo et Schuberth.
Nota, ceux avec LouisMoto (vendeur du C3 pré-équipé) sont du meme style.

The SRC was produced by Cardo, its compatible via Intercom with other Cardo devices.

If the requested device is compatible, we do recommend to ask Cardo directly.

hello
my unit is a SRC-system in Schuberth C3, by Louis Moto.
Impossible to connect this unti to anything but a smartphone (android).
Weirdly, Cardo SmartSet App, supposed to handle both SRCsystem, SRCsystemPro and Louis Edition... is not recognizing the headset.
and Cardo updater (pc, win11) don't even see the USB connection.
How to turn this unit "usable" as I bought for, and not only 30% working features ?

En gros, ton soucis est l'appairage de ton casque équipé d'un module Cardo avec ton smartphone?

Le souci vient à mon avis comme le dit cardo du fait que c'est un vieux produit plus mis à jour et que donc son appairage à un smartphone récent ou sa reconnaissance par Windows 11 est impossible.

Pour le problème USB essaye de récupérer un vieux driver prévu pour win 7 ou 10 et de forcer l'installation.
As-tu essayé de lancer l'application en mode win 10 ou 7 compatible ?

Autre piste as-tu essayé de l'appairer à ton PC ?
Tu pourras peut être ainsi le mettre à jour via bluetooth.

Je vais compléter avec ce que j'ai appris depuis.

Inextenza,le problème est un "simple" problème d'appairage entre deux intercom.
Pas de souci avec smartphone.

Olivierzx, oui le SRC (vendu par Schuberth) est basé sur un très vieux chipset ne travaillant qu'en bluetooth 2.1 (donc norme publiée en 2007!)
Louis-Moto a continué d'écouler les stocks de Schuberth C3 en "Louis-Edition" avec le SRC prémonté.
J'ai acheté le mien en 2019.
Manifestement les intercoms actuels travaillent en BT 4.1/4.2 pour les anciens (et certains en 5.x) mais sur des chipsets qui font l'impasse sur une partie de la norme : ils n'ont gardé que le LTE.
Hélas incompatible avec les générations d'avant, je n'ai pas les moyens de vérifier cela, mais je le constate...

le ping-pong avec Schuberth, Cardo et Louis continue.
Leur mauvaise foi n'a d'égale que ma ténacité.
C'est assez drôle de les lire, tentant de me faire porter la responsabilité des défauts de communication (à minima) voir de me faire croire que je ne comprends rien.
...faut qu'ils redescendent sur terre !

Normally the SRC can get connected via Intercom with all Cardo devices.
NON J'EN AI LA PREUVE: NI AVEC SPIRIT HD NI MEME AVEC L'APPLI SMARTSET (OU LE DEVICE EST LISTE)

But the device you use is not known by us, therefore I kindly ask you to check if it´s equipped with Intercom.
(GENRE J'ESSAYE DE CONNECTER A UN CASQUE NON EQUIPE !!)

If so, pair it via Intecom with the SRC.
To do so, press the Intercom button (A or B) on your SRC to set the pairing mode (The Led will flash).
